After the first repair of my washer in September, the problem started again at the beginning of November. I immediately contacted Wakehub (on a Sunday) to let them know that I was having issues again. That same day I got a response offering to come by on Tuesday. When Sergie arrived, he immediately found the problem with a wire and replaced it with a heavier wire and better installation than that of the factory. Since they offer a 6 month parts and labor warranty, they did not charge me for the repair. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and for showing me the exact cause of the failure. I will be contacting Wakehub for all of my appliance repair needs!!

The technician, Sergie was exceptionally great. He had such patience in finding my dryer problems. Two other guys worked on it (different company) and took advantage of my money and never repaired it. It was baffling but he definitely figured it out. Sergie is honest, thorough and gives you options without trying to sell something you don't need. I will always request Sergie in the future!! Wouldn't call anyone else from now on.

Alex at WakeHub was very professional, and the first business to respond to my repair request. They came very highly recommended. Our refrigerator stopped cooling, so I especially appreciated the quick response. Sergei, our technician provided exceptional service. As a former Quality Engineer, he knew his stuff, and we knew we were in good hands! He diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part, and returned to install it the very next day.
